Returns

1) You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery.

2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and should be in the same condition that you received it.

3) Your item must be in the original packaging and tags of the item shouldn’t be removed.

*Note:

1.Exchange or Refund only when there is any color change or damage , opening video is compulsory.

2.Colour may slightly vary due to camera resolution.

Refunds

1) Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item..

2) If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)..

3) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies..

4) Rejection of return can be at any phase of the cycle. This decision is completely under Tapathi team control

If any disputes in the shipping , video of opening the product is must!

5) In case of any damage or not meeting criteria of returns, the item will be sent back to you and money is non-refundable.
