Returns & Replacements

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and should be in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging and tags of the item shouldn’t be removed.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.Rejection of return can be at any phase of the cycle. This decision is completely under Tapathi team control.In case of any damage or not meeting criteria of returns, the item will be sent back to you and money is non-refundable.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept the payments against our services only through via debit/credit card,Internet banking and cash on delivery and we do not request the customer to make the payment at the time of pick-up of garment/material from you. During the order process you will be informed about the estimated delivery time for your order. This estimate is based on current production queue and the actual time it usually takes to serve all the customers. The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate. We are constantly monitoring production and final delivery and we are always working hard to delivery your order as promised at the time of order. When your order is handed over to you from our executive an automatic e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. Your order progress can be followed via call/whatsapp or an email to [email protected]. we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any services which you have requested we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Viewing Orders allows users to see their order's at any point of time. But it not allows to change order details once payment done.
Updating Account Information allows user's to create an account to book on line orders,latest updates about store and recent products. User's will update their account information at any of point of time if required.
